Yes, we recommend uploading your new valid documents as soon as they are available to you.
30 days before a document expires, you will see a warning message in the CareDriver app with the option to upload a new document. As soon as you see this warning, please upload your valid document. Submitting your documents before your current documents expire will prevent your account from being paused if your documents expire before your new documents have been processed.
