How Do I Know When My Documents Will Expire?

Keeping your documents (insurance, vehicle inspection, drivers license, and others) up to date is required by state law and HopSkipDrive policy. Submit your new documents before the old ones expire to make sure your account does not get suspended.

When one or more of your documents will expire soon, you'll see a warning in the app. 

When you see this warning, make sure you take any necessary steps to get an updated document, such as renewing your registration or having your vehicle inspected, in time to submit the updated documents before your account is suspended.
