To ensure a fair experience for all fans, we actively prevent automated bot from accessing our site. If you have been mistakenly identified as a bot while trying to purchase tickets, please try these steps to continue:

1. Close any extra browser tabs you have open.

2. Switch to a different browser or device

3. Clear your cache and cookies

4. If you have a VPN on your device please turn it off.

5. If using an Apple device, make sure to disable Private Relay (on your device, go to Settings and select iCloud), if using an Android device, please disable Private DNS.

6. Switch from Wi-FI to mobile data (or vice versa)

5. Reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" Link and follow the instructions sent to you via email. Important: Please use a strong password (Mix of numbers, lowercase/uppercase letters/specaial characters, for help generating a strong password you can use a password generator such as this one: https://1password.com/password-generator)

6. Try from a personal device rather than a work or school device if you're using one (you may have a VPN which can't be switched off)

Once you've tried the above, please reload the page. Avoid repeateadly refreshing the page and refrain from clicking too quickly/excessively. These measures help prevent temporary blocks on your account. If you continue to experience issues, please try again later or use a different device.

A temporary block may automatically be put on your account if we notice that you've repeatedly done the same action too many times in a short period, such as refreshing the waiting room page.

When the event goes on sale, please do not refresh the page or continually exit and rejoin the waiting room. You cannot bypass the waiting room system we have in place.
