How do I make a return?

You have up to 30 days from ship date to return items purchased at ZenShop.

You can return any item you've purchased in-person to one of our many stores nationwide.

In order to make a return please provide us with the following information:

Reason for return

We will provide you with a shipping label to send your item back to us.

We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible once received.
