How long does it take to get my new Mastercard debit card or Mastercard Platinum credit card?

Your new Mastercard debit card will be mailed the day of or the day after the request for one is received. Mailing time should be 2-5 business days. If you need your new Mastercard debit card earlier, you can visit a branch and they will be able to produce one for you there as well.

A Mastercard Platinum credit card will take about 7-10 days after the request for one is received. The card can be rushed for a $25 fee but typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive at our Northland branch. Please call 260.490.8328 option 1 if you would like to rush the card.
